Caricature Do-Over
This is a still frame of a quick video I created in 2010. The subject of this image recently asked me for a framed print of this shot for herself. So, instead of insisting that she go do it herself, I decided that it needed a do-over.
I'm not going to drag you through the whole process of the remodeling, but this is the first rendered image. I'm using the same program as well as the exact same file, but a different rendering engine than I used in 2010. The lighting is also arranged differently.
Here, I altered the position of the camera and re-shaped the hair. Hair can be annoying. I wonder if it's equally as annoying in real life.
After re-shaping the smile and tinkering with the skin color, I figured this would be the image to roll with. It has a few flaws concerning the textures, but that's an issue I'm still trying to master. It's a process, sheeple. The end.
