Okay, so the eyes are shaped wrong.. The lipstick is the wrong color... And the hair has bald spots. The face may be a little chubby, but if the likeness was closer to accuracy, I could let that slide. I guess I'll be back.

I wasn't exactly ignoring my blog... I simply forgot that I had one.

The original face and body on this caricature was created around 2013 by me to use as a test model. It was a personal means of creating better skin texture, designing proper hair flow, learning how to add decals, and also testing the new meta-rig for poses.

So, I was looking for a piece to work on when I remembered that this model was still in limbo. It took me less than a day to create a costume, add a cute scene in the background, develop appropriate lighting, and render the final result.

Not bad, I think.  

I'm working on too many projects at the same time. So, in between I work on little numbers like the one above. At least I could say I completed something.
